Lessons:
I offer weekly private half-hour or hour lessons at Harmony Roadhouse Studios (2650 Willamette St in Eugene, OR), Beaverton Music Services (12630 SW First St in Beaverton, OR) or at Falcon Art Community (5415 N Albina in Portland, OR).

My rates are: $25 per half hour lesson $45 per hour lesson

My lessons encompass a wide variety of topics, from learning to play guitar, how to transcribe songs from recordings, music theory, composition/songwriting, equipment maintenance and care, developing proper technique and strong practice habits and much more.

I teach many styles at all levels, whether you are an absolute beginner, or if you are an advanced player looking to improve his/her technical and musical ability. I classify my teaching style as a “teach-a-man-to-fish” approach; this ensures that the concepts covered in our lessons will be practical for you in the future and thus adding value to our time spent studying together.

Original Compositions:
I accept commissions for original compositions for your band or ensemble, or for a soundtrack to your films, movies, television shows, chewing gum commercials, Youtube videos, wedding videos, etc. These pieces will be custom crafted to fit your specifications and needs. Fees for original scores depend on the size of the ensemble, duration of the piece, etc. so please contact me for an estimate.

Musician for hire:
I am available to perform for your next party or event. Any of my various projects are available for hire, and if you don’t find something that suits your taste or needs, I am in contact with some of Oregon’s finest jazz musicians and can assemble a group to cater to any size room or crowd. I am also available for solo jazz guitar performances. Rates vary depending on the situation, so please feel free to contact me.
